Job description

TempsNZ is a growing recruitment and outsourcing agency, based in Auckland, New Zealand, looking to keep growing in the ‘Facilities Maintenance’ and ‘Hospitality’ business segments.

Due to high volume of work, we are constantly looking for HouseKeepers to work with existing and new contracts in the residential and commercial sectors. Most of our customers are 4 and 5 star hotels based across Auckland Central (CBD, Newmarket, Greenlane).

Either you had recently moved to NZ or looking for some stable job, we are keen to hear from you.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Responsible for cleanliness and orderliness in the customers rooms.
  • Train, develop and motivate other team members to meet and exceed established standards on a consistent basis.
  • Provide direction to other team members, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and other staff members.
  • Help team leaders or area managers to quote potential new orders.

Skills and experience

  • Be Phisically fit to perform all duties.
  • Friendly, outgoing and self-motivated.
  • Honest and well presented.
  • Be flexible in your availability
