CRM Data Steward (Palmerston North or Upper Hutt)

Job description

Our customer is a global pharmaceutical company providing treatment for people and animals with more than a century in the market. This position is related to the animal division which is a leader in veterinary medicine dedicated to the health and well-being of animals to make a positive difference in animal care and the world’s food supply. The company has a high sense of responsibility towards our customers, consumers, animals, society, and our planet.

Currently, we are looking to attract a talented Customer Effectiveness Analyst aka ‘CRM Data Steward’, who provides support to the ANZ Team across a range of different functions including User adoption, Data Management and Helpdesk support for customers across the region, using CRM, connected applications and Business Insight Tools (Spotfire).

Responsibilities and duties

Report on KPIs for MAXX usage; user creations and user training including maintaining training materials and conducting training.
Maintain customer master data, sales data mapping, and territory data, which is used for rebate processing; impact reporting tools like Spotfire for customer analysis.
Maintain accurate master data and manage the territory algorithm to enable SIP.
Provide commercial support function to the Customer Effectiveness team to maximise the broad commercial (sales, marketing, key account management) operations by ensuring that the integrity of all support systems is continually maintained and developed, and improved to best practice standards.
Manage all of the enquiries that come through the inbox and respond to Maxx user enquiries. There are approximately 200 MaXX system users across -Australia and New Zealand.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or IT
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of VEEVA, SFDC/SFMC, Spotfire or other data visualisation tool.
Knowledge of sales data mapping.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
